Q1 Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from your customer dashboard. Upgrading is immediate (new tenant slots available right away). Downgrading is only possible if you have fewer tenants bound than the target plan allows.

Q2 What happens when I add my first tenant?

Your licence "binds" to that Microsoft tenant the first time someone signs in with your licence key. On Team or MSP plans, you can keep binding additional tenants up to your plan limit (5 or 20).

Q3 Can I remove a tenant from my licence?

Yes. You can free a tenant slot from your dashboard at any time. The next sign-in from that tenant will require the licence key again, but the slot becomes available for a new tenant.

Q4 What if I have more than 20 tenants?

MSP plan: 4 999 €/year for 20 tenants + 199 €/year per additional tenant (e.g. 30 tenants = 4 999 + 10×199 = 6 989 €/year). Contact us if you need a custom quote for 30+ tenants.

Q5 Do you store my audit data?

No. The entire audit runs in your browser. We never see, transmit, or store your tenant data. The PDF and XLSX reports are generated locally and downloaded directly to your computer. Audit history (Pro plan and above) is also stored in your browser via IndexedDB — never on our servers.

Q6 Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Our free demo gives you access to every feature on a fictitious tenant. No sign-up, no credit card. Try every export, every baseline, every report before purchasing.

Q7 Can I get a refund?

The free demo lets you fully evaluate the platform before purchasing — so refund requests are rare. For exceptional cases (technical issues we can't resolve), we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before purchasing if you have specific concerns.
