How the count works
Audited user — enabled member account in the tenant. Guests, disabled accounts and service accounts are not counted.
Tenant — Entra ID / Microsoft 365 environment declared in the license and auditable at any time.
Applicable tier — the one matching the largest tenant in your scope. Moving to another tier during the year is charged pro rata.
Workstations — install it on the workstations of the administrators of the organization holding the license.
Renewal — at the same price, cancellable at any time before the annual renewal date.
Payment — card or bank transfer against an invoice. Sales tax applies according to your location.
