Exports and reports
An audit that stays in the tool helps nobody. Four report types cover the four people who will ask about it.
The four reports
| Report | Audience | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Executive report (PDF) | Management | Cover page with the client's logo, weighted score, posture summary, top risks |
| Remediation plan | Engineers | Failed controls with steps, priorities and the PowerShell to verify each fix |
| Framework matrix | Compliance officer | Result per control mapped to CIS, ISO, NIST, ANSSI, NIS2, DORA |
| Detailed export | Engagement file | Full evidence, HTML / PDF / JSON, machine-readable for your own tooling |
Baseline and tenant on every page
Each report states the audited tenant and the applied baseline (or "standard — all active controls"), so the scope travels with the document. History keeps the same information, making any past report reproducible.
Under your brand
Reports carry your logo, company name and website in the header and footer — see customisation — and the client tenant's own logo on the executive cover page. Nothing in the output says EntraGUARD unless you want it to.
